INGREDIENTS (measuring cup used, 1 cup = 250 ml)

  • ·         2 cups water
  • ·         2 green tea two tsp
  • ·         2 tsp sugar
  • ·         Or 1 tsp of honey
  • ·         Some tulsi leaf

·         INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1.      Boil water.
  • 1.      When the water has boiled, add green tea  in the hot water and steam for 2-3 minutes.
  • 1.      Then cover it for a two minutes
  • 1.      Serve it in a cup
  • 1.      Add sugar or honey.
